Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant at Tradeline, you will be a crucial part of our team. Your duties will include:
- Answering customer inquiries by phone and email and giving advice.
- Processing incoming information into our records.
- Occasional packing and shipping of orders.
- Occasionally pick up or drop off products to our fulfillment company.
Profile
We are looking for someone who:
- You have a minimum of MBO working and thinking level.
- You are precise, can keep a good overview, and you know how to get things done.
- You have excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude (both in Dutch and English).
- You have experience with various computer programs.
- Knowledge of the Exact accounting program is a plus.
- You have a strong character, but you are also a social colleague who enjoys working with others on the team in a positive way.
- You think in solutions and possibilities.
- You are in possession of a driver's license B.
- You are available full-time or part-time.
