Filter subscriptions
You bought an Aqualine/AQV/CM101 water system from us or you replaced the filters. That was an important investment to ensure well-filtered and healthy water. The various filters remove chemicals, heavy metals, chlorine, pesticides, hormone and drug residues from the water, among other things. You only have this insurance if you also replace the filters annually.
The ceramic filter with a filter fineness of 0.2 microns (0.00002 cm) stops bacteria, the undissolved limescale from the water supply, among other things (that's the limescale that causes the hard coating on the heating element of the kettle or clogs in your coffee maker).
The multistage filter consists largely of carbon. The carbon granules are hollow. The pollution forms a layer in the pellet, another new layer etc. This is called adsorbing. When the pellet is full it no longer absorbs pollution and over time it will start to release the pollution back into the water.
The manufacturer indicates that the multi-step filter should be replaced at least every year. People who filter more than 6 liters per day (2,000 liters per year) will need to replace the multi-step filter sooner. Part of the multi-step filter is filled with activated carbon. Carbon is susceptible to bacterial growth. In Germany, it is required by law to replace filters containing carbon every six months. Part of the carbon in our filters is impregnated with silver to prevent bacterial growth. Therefore, we can use them for an average of one year. The 2,000 liters is intended for people who filter a lot of water. They will need to replace the filter within a year.
We have included your information in our database. About a year after purchasing your system or replacing your filters, you will receive a reminder from us. In practice, sometimes the message is not read or ends up in the spam box.

If you replaced the stones longer ago, the monthly amounts are a bit higher in the beginning. Once you have replaced the stones again, you will also end up with the below monthly amounts for the filter subscription.
